電源効率

電源の電力効率。但し冷却用のファンに必要な電力は含まない。理想的には、電源を決められた温度以下に維持するための電力は効率の計算に含まれるべきかもしれない。しかしそれを除いて効率を測定するこの慣例により、多くの作業と論争を省く事が出来る。

使用分野: Storage System

The electrical efficiency of a power supply, not including the fan power required to cool it. In a perfect world, any power required to keep the power supply within specified operating temperature limits would be included in the calculation. In this one, the convention to measure efficiency without it saves much work and controversy.
