パーマネントポート名は、同じ物理インタフェースに関連付けられているすべてのNポートで共通のName_Identifierである。その物理インタフェースに接続されているFポートのF_Port_Nameに設定される．

The Name_Identifier common among all N_Ports that are associated with the same physical interface, and is set to the F_Port_Name of the F_Port that is attached to the physical interface.
